TVL Capital, an institutional digital asset infrastructure company founded by Andrew Peel (앤드루 필), a former head of digital asset markets at Morgan Stanley, has raised $5 million in funding.

The round was led by San Francisco-based venture capital firm Framework Ventures.

TVL Capital will use the funds to strengthen its engineering and business development capabilities. It plans to speed the launch of its chain-traded product, or CTP. CTP is an institutional-grade structured derivatives product that is issued, settled and managed on a blockchain.

TVL Capital describes CTP as an on-chain version of exchange-traded products, or ETPs.

Peel, CEO, said, "Structured products are a good match for smart contract infrastructure thanks to conditional returns and programmable structures." Michael Anderson (마이클 앤더슨), co-founder of Framework Ventures, said, "Putting the $2.5 trillion structured products market on-chain is a matter of timing, not feasibility."
