Wantedlab said on June 9 it held an AX (AI transformation) hands-on exchange seminar, dubbed AX Day, with HealingPaper, operator of the beauty medical platform Gangnam Unni, to share AI results.

The event, held on June 5, was designed to share AX application cases each company had directly validated in-house. It introduced cases in which AI was applied across data use, product development and collaboration methods to raise organisational productivity.

Hwang Ri-geon (황리건), platform head at Wantedlab, said in a keynote speech, “AI has become a productivity infrastructure used by all members, not a tool for some organisations.” He added, “A way of working in which members directly explore data and solve problems is spreading quickly.”

Kang Sung-il (강성일), CTO at HealingPaper, said, “As AX spreads rapidly across the industry, competitiveness will be determined by vertical data and the pace of improvement.” He added, “A structure that continuously advances performance based on self-correction is important.”

Wantedlab on the day gave presentations centred on AX cases it is applying in actual work.

According to the company, Wantedlab upgraded its in-house data chatbot, Data Bolt, to build a context-based data query environment. It also improved infrastructure operations efficiency by shifting to a serverless structure.

It also shared a case in which it linked Claude and BigQuery and used AI to verify product hypotheses, cutting the time from data exploration to decision-making. The company stressed this showed a shift in work methods and mindsets, such as POs deriving the basis for judgments directly with AI without relying on other job functions.

HealingPaper also presented cases of AI-based efficiency improvements. It shared details on supporting task automation for non-developer roles based on its in-house AI infrastructure and improving operational efficiency by applying AI to the medical advertising review process. It also introduced a case in which it raised collaboration efficiency and development speed by designing specs with AI at a pre-development stage through a method known as SDD.

A Wantedlab official said, “AX Day was a place to share cases of applying AI to actual work and discuss changes in how people work.” The official added, “We plan to continue advancing AX capabilities and spread AI-based work methods that can be used on the ground through exchanges of cases between companies.”
