SK Telecom said on Saturday it will introduce tailored benefits reflecting ideas proposed by its college student customers.
SKT runs '0 (Young) Week' every month, a benefits program for customers aged 13 to 34. This month’s theme is the college exam period. 0 Week normally runs in the first week of each month, but will be held on a limited basis in June in the second week, from June 8 to 12, to reflect exam schedules on college campuses.
This 0 Week benefits program was planned based on ideas proposed through 'CX Campus', which reflects feedback from college student customers in SKT’s services and marketing. Participating students proposed operating benefits aligned with academic schedules, strengthening coffee and dessert benefits during exam periods, and expanding offline participatory programs.
SKT 구성했다. Benefits focus on coffee and desserts that college students often seek during exam periods. It prepared perks that can be used at brands including Mega MGC Coffee, offering a 50 percent discount coupon for an iced Americano, as well as Bana Presso, Twosome Place and Baskin-Robbins. It will also give away tickets to 'One Universe Festival' and 'Toycon Seoul 2026' through a draw.
SKT will visit university campuses through the 'T Membership Coffee Dream Car' to communicate directly with college student customers and offer support.
