Octave Intelligence said on May 22 it completed a spin-off from its parent, Hexagon AB, and began trading on Nasdaq Stockholm from May 25. It said its class B common shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in the United States from May 28.

Octave provides context-based intelligence solutions.

The company said many organisations managing complex operating environments, including power grids, rail networks, manufacturing plants, public safety systems and urban infrastructure, operate infrastructure using Octave solutions.

Octave links data, decisions and execution outcomes across the Design, Build, Operate and Protect stages. The company said this creates a shared knowledge system in which overall system knowledge accumulates as new data is added and provides more advanced insights over time.

Octave CEO Mattias Stenberg (마티아스 스탠버그) said, "Organisations responsible for critical assets around the world generate vast amounts of data, but the intelligence within it is dispersed and not connected." He said, "Octave connects data and intelligence with context and AI-based insights to drive tangible results across assets, facilities and organisations. Today is a new starting point for customers, employees and partners."
