[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Enterprise identity security company SailPoint said on May 28 it will unveil a new connector that integrates with Anthropic's Claude Enterprise Compliance API.
The company said the SailPoint Claude Compliance API connector provides visibility and governance so companies that have adopted Claude Enterprise can securely manage access to and use of the AI platform.
It supports adoption of AI while maintaining security and compliance standards by applying SailPoint identity security to the Claude Enterprise environment.
The connector centrally manages all users, groups and roles in Claude Enterprise to apply consistent governance policies across a company's digital ecosystem. It identifies and manages Claude AI agents through a single agent registry to strengthen non-human identity governance. It also analyses in real time the subject, target, timing and purpose of access to centrally control access permissions for all agents, including Claude agents.
Chandra Nanasambandam (찬드라 나나삼반담), SailPoint's executive vice president of product and CTO, said, "While the industry discusses the future of AI security, SailPoint is already making it real." He added, "Customers can manage access to AI platforms at the same level as they manage critical applications or data repositories."
