Saramin said on Wednesday it has introduced an "AI document pass coaching" service to help job seekers write more complete cover letters and resumes with AI consulting.

The company said the service analyses job-seeking and recruitment data held by Saramin, including resumes, job postings, corporate job-change offer data and applicants' patterns, to provide personalised advice.

Based on the user's resume, it analyses the job, company and posting to select suitable cover letter questions. For those who find writing difficult, it also produces a draft in natural wording and revises it in various ways depending on the desired tone and manner.

Saramin also explained that an AI agent function has been applied so users can improve the completeness of their documents through conversations with the AI.

A Saramin official said, "AI document pass coaching is a 'personalised employment consultant' that passes on a winning strategy to job seekers based on Saramin's vast recruitment data."
