JobKorea, an AI and data-based HR tech platform operated by Worksphere, said on May 20 that cumulative views of job postings registered on its Onepick AI talent-matching service have exceeded 120 million.

The company said the result comes three years after the launch and is more than double from a year earlier. It added that job posting registrations in the first quarter rose more than 30 percent from the same period a year earlier.

The scale of jobseeker applications also expanded. Over the past year, applications submitted through Onepick rose 19 percent from a year earlier to more than 4.5 million cumulatively. Final acceptance cases also increased 12 percent over the same period.

JobKorea has added various AI-based functions to Onepick, including job posting creation, resume summaries, talent recommendations, document screening pass predictions and salary predictions.

JobKorea plans to focus on advancing its AI matching technology, the core competitive strength of Onepick. A Worksphere official said, "As a result of continuous advancement based on hiring data from companies and job seekers, market trust and usage of AI-based hiring matching services are steadily increasing." The official added, "We will provide companies with a more efficient and sophisticated hiring environment and job seekers with personalised career exploration and growth opportunities, leading innovation in the hiring experience for both."
