Jobis&Villains, which operates the tax refund platform Samjjeom Sam, said on Thursday it has introduced a global integrated security system and will advance its security threat detection framework.
The company said the integrated security monitoring system consolidates data generated across company-wide systems into a single platform and analyses it in real time. Samjjeom Sam plans to add AI technology this year to refine detection scenarios.
Samjjeom Sam also built a multi-layer defence system spanning external threats and cloud infrastructure. It emphasised that it has blocked security blind spots through a solution that automatically finds vulnerable settings or weaknesses in the cloud environment where the service operates.
Ko Cheong-min (고청민), chief information security officer at Jobis&Villains, said, "We are expanding a prevention-focused security process through security procedures that run from detection to response." He added, "We will do our best so customers can trust and use Samjjeom Sam with peace of mind."
