IBK Industrial Bank of Korea has launched i-ONE Boss Partner, a digital service dedicated to small merchants.
The bank said on May 11 it introduced an integrated service that supports sales, customer and business management.
The service provides combined sales information from card payments and delivery apps. It also uses an AI review analysis function to guide customer preferences and areas for improvement.
It also includes a "VAT savings" feature that automatically sets aside a set percentage of sales.
The bank also launched the IBK VAT Savings Account alongside the service, offering up to 5 percent annual interest with a limit of 3 million won.
A bank official said it will continue to expand a range of services for small merchants.
