Webcash said on Thursday it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Shinhan Bank to build and upgrade integrated global cash management services for corporate customers expanding overseas.
The two plan to jointly push a global integrated cash management service that allows overseas expansion companies to systematically manage funds at home and abroad in response to complex cash operation environments.
They will cooperate in various areas including launching an integrated cash management partnership service for corporate customers expanding overseas, introducing tailored services, conducting joint marketing and identifying tasks to upgrade cash management services based on a global network.
Webcash will strengthen service competitiveness based on its corporate cash management solutions and CMS operating capabilities. Shinhan Bank will use its global financial network to support corporate customers' overseas cash operations.
Webcash CEO Won-ju Kang (강원주) said, "We will enhance corporate customers' efficiency and convenience in cash operations."
