Payple said on Tuesday it has revamped Payple Wallet, an asset management service for small business owners and online sellers, and introduced an AI briefing card feature that offers customised sales strategies.
The update focuses on suggesting sales directions based on collected data. It includes functions to reduce the burden of using data for business operators running delivery apps such as Baedal Minjok and Coupang Eats, as well as Smart Store.
The AI briefing card analyses the time of day when a seller logs in and sales data, then suggests items to sell that day. It provides information on top-selling products based on recent sales data.
It also strengthened a function that integrates and displays revenue and spending. It brings together on a single screen delivery app and Smart Store sales, in-store card sales, Hometax and spending data from personal and corporate cards, allowing users to check expected net profit for the day, the past 7 days, monthly and yearly.
A Payple official said the improvements aim to reduce the burden of data analysis for busy small business owners.
