[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] Data tech company BigValue opened a “Lab” section on its website and introduced its first project, an AI real estate consultation agent called “Bokdeokbang Gajae,” the company said on April 29.
The company said the Lab is a space where BigValue discloses its AI technologies to users before formal service launches and explores technical possibilities. BigValue plans to advance the agent’s functions based on user experience and feedback from the Lab.
As the first offering, Bokdeokbang Gajae is a “pre-consultation agent” designed to help users clearly organise their needs before a real estate transaction. The company explained that it searches fragmented information such as prices, loans, housing subscriptions and taxes, then provides answers tailored to users.
BigValue CEO Reum Koo (구름) said, “AI Bokdeokbang Gajae will serve as a helper that analyses large volumes of data on behalf of customers and provides insights tailored to them.” He added, “Through continuous research and development, we plan to develop it into AI that supports safe real estate transactions and housing stability without requiring great effort.”
BigValue said it plans to start with this real estate agent, then sequentially release AI agents in various domains such as commercial district analysis through the Lab and expand its data agent ecosystem.
