[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] The Information reported on April 14 that Anthropic could launch its next flagship model, Claude Opus 4.7, and an AI-based website and presentation design tool within this week, citing a source familiar with the matter.
After news of the new AI design tool, shares of Adobe, Wix and Figma fell more than 2 percent. According to the report, the tool from Anthropic will help developers and non-developers use natural-language prompts to create presentations, websites and landing pages. It is also expected to compete directly with AI design tools such as Gamma and Stitch.
Opus 4.7 is not Anthropic's top-performing model. Its current top model is Claude Mythos, and Anthropic is testing Mythos with early partners that use it to find software vulnerabilities, based on advanced cybersecurity capabilities. An Anthropic spokesperson declined to comment on the new product launch.
