Samsung Electronics is running its air conditioner production lines at full capacity as it speeds up its response to surging demand, supported by forecasts of record heat and the popularity of its 2026 model new products.
Samsung Electronics has operated the air conditioner production lines at its Gwangju plant at full capacity since February. In March, it proactively provided a month-long pre-season air conditioner inspection service to strengthen customer support.
The 2026 model new air conditioners include 2 products: the stand-type Bespoke AI WindFree Combo Gallery Pro and the wall-mounted Bespoke AI WindFree Combo Pro Wall-mounted. The newly applied AI Motion Wind function precisely controls the direction and strength of airflow by reflecting the user’s location and the structure of the space.
Samsung Electronics will also run a 10th anniversary WindFree air conditioner promotion throughout April. Eligible products include the 2026 model Bespoke AI WindFree Combo series, Bespoke AI WindFree Classic and the window-type air conditioner.
