JoyCity said on Jan. 5 it will attend Taipei Game Show 2026, to be held in Taipei, Taiwan, on Jan. 29, and showcase its mobile strategy game Biohazard Survival Unit.
Biohazard Survival Unit is a mobile strategy game being co-developed by Aniplex and JoyCity based on Capcom's Biohazard series intellectual property.
JoyCity has expanded its contact points with global users by attending the Tokyo Game Show and Brazil Game Show in succession this year. Its participation in the Taipei game show is a move to spread global box-office momentum across Asia and shore up its foothold in the Greater China market.
JoyCity will run booth programs for local visitors at the exhibition. It has set up a demo zone where visitors can play the game, and also plans to operate a photo zone where they can take commemorative pictures using props and character panels.
JoyCity Strategic Business Division head Park Joon-seung said, "At this Taipei Game Show, we will provide Taiwan users with a different kind of fun by preparing various things to enjoy, including not only demos but also a photo zone, and we will further strengthen our presence in the Asian market."
