Douzone Bizon said on Monday it signed a memorandum of understanding with global accounting and consulting firm EY Hanyoung to advance AI-based next-generation ERP and expand AI transformation (AX).

The two companies will strengthen cooperation around Douzone Bizon’s next-generation AI-based enterprise platform, OmniEsol. Douzone Bizon will provide a digital management paradigm innovation through OmniEsol. EY Hanyoung will support advanced process innovation and implementation consulting for client companies adopting OmniEsol.

OmniEsol is an enterprise business platform that integrates AI across core corporate tasks including ERP, groupware and document management.

Kwang-yeol Lee (이광열), head of the assurance division at EY Hanyoung, said, "EY Hanyoung is combining industry expertise, finance and accounting knowledge, and data and AI capabilities to diagnose corporate work processes across the board and implement AI-based business innovation." He added, "Through cooperation with Douzone Bizon, we will support companies so they can move beyond simply introducing systems, advance their finance and management control frameworks, and secure operational efficiency based on AX."

Kang-su Lee (이강수), vice chairman of Douzone Bizon, said, "Through strategic collaboration with EY Hanyoung, which has global consulting capabilities, we will realise AX work processes optimised for all industries." He added, "Based on the synergy of the two companies, we will actively expand Douzone Bizon’s dominance in the digital B2B market by proving our AI capabilities in the domestic market as well as the global market."
