Wantedlab will hold a conference for office workers, “Hi-Five 2026,” on May 12-13 at the COEX Grand Ballroom and Auditorium in Seoul’s Gangnam district. This year’s slogan is “The Era of Expansion.” It was planned to present answers on the future of work with industry leaders in an era when global and AI are breaking down all boundaries.
The event begins on the first day with “HR Day” for HR managers. On the second day, “Makers Day” follows for service planners, developers and designers. “HR Day” on May 12 comprises 5 tracks: Global Wave, HR Trend, Business Growth, Essential HR and HR Tech.
On May 13, “Makers Day” focuses on how AI technology is changing the workplace and what is needed to expand careers into global markets. Special sessions will be provided to keep learning momentum going after the conference ends. On May 16, a “debriefing” session reviewing key points with experts and a “meetup” session offering off-the-record Q&A with speakers are set to be held at Maru180.
Companies in AI and education will take part as main sponsors and partners, including online education platform Inflearn, global product analytics solution Amplitude, digital-based comprehensive English learning solution Ringle, IT education company Team Sparta, The Rising Star, the operator of job-change platform HEDING, edtech startup Freewheelin, education services company Korea Education Group, and Whitecube, the operator of purchase-conversion exposure solution Challengers.
A Wantedlab official said now is the time to consider expanding careers as globalisation and AI are breaking down the boundaries of work. The official said the company hopes Hi-Five 2026 will help office workers find a new definition of work suited to a changing environment and gain opportunities to connect with top peers in the industry.
