Konan Technology said on Sunday it supplied its all-in-one AI server appliance, Konan AIStation ENT (Konan AIStation ENT), to the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corp (aT) for its FIS Food Industry Statistics Information upgrade project and completed the buildout of large language model (LLM)-based services.
The core of the project was adopting an appliance approach that enables AI services to be operated immediately after installation without a separate complex infrastructure configuration, cutting the build time. Konan Technology completed everything from system deployment to inspection within 2 months of signing the contract.
The supplied AI server is equipped with 4 high-performance GPUs and supports advanced LLM-based AI services. It will be used to upgrade internal administrative work as well as public-facing services.
Lee Hyung-joo (이형주), a director in Konan Technology’s AX Services Business Division, said the all-in-one server appliance is an optimal solution that lowers technical hurdles when adopting AI and shortens deployment time. He said the company will expand supplies so users can experience high-performance AI services immediately in day-to-day work.
