Domain-specific AI agent company Wisenut said on Tuesday it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with audit-solutions company Unfine to pursue AI agent-based innovation in audit work.

The companies plan to build a standard AI agent model optimized for public audit administration, create a business structure that can be deployed in administrative settings, and pursue repeat orders and business expansion based on references.

To that end, they will set up a cooperation framework spanning requirements analysis across audit work to AI model design. The plan is to combine Wisenut’s RAG-based AI agent solution WISE iRAG and agent-focused LLM WISE LLOA with Unfine’s next-generation electronic audit solution U-Audit v2.0 to implement an AI service specialized for public audit administration and expand public AX business opportunities.

Wisenut CEO Yong-sung Kang (강용성) said, "Audit administration is a key area directly linked to organizational credibility, and demand for AI agent-based innovation is rapidly expanding." He added, "By combining Wisenut’s AI agent technology with Unfine’s on-site know-how, we will present a new standard for smart audit administration and fully scale up the public AX market."
