[DigitalToday reporter Ji-young Lee (이지영)] Toss Bank said on Thursday it will conduct large-scale recruitment across all job categories through March 31.
The openings cover product planning and design, business, engineering, data, security and management support, among others. It plans to select talent for about 60 positions. The bank is recruiting both entry-level and experienced candidates. It said it would separately provide information on roles open to entry-level applicants so candidates can check.
Toss Bank also operates a "veterans special hiring talent pool" to expand career opportunities for those eligible for veterans benefits who have served the country. Candidates can apply through the talent-pool posting even if the position is not currently being recruited. Submitted resumes will be reviewed with a focus on the job category selected by the applicant.
The hiring process starts with document screening, followed by a job interview, a cultural fit interview and reference checks. Depending on the role, portfolio submissions or an additional task assessment may be added.
A Toss Bank official said the recruitment aims to continue service innovation while further raising stability and trust, which are the basics of banking. The official added the bank expects applicants who will solve problems based on their expertise and work together to create a better financial experience.
