CJ Olive Young said on March 19 it will run its "2026 first-half entry-level recruitment" through next month 1. It will select a two-digit number of hires across a total of 23 roles, including MD, backend development and PM (product management).
The recruitment will be split into two tracks, depending on the role: a general track and a global track. The general track is for those with at least a bachelor’s degree or those expected to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in August. The global track will select candidates with overseas experience and language skills who meet at least one of the following: more than 4 years living overseas, a bachelor’s degree or higher from an overseas university, or meeting a spoken-language test score standard, in line with expansion of its global business.
Applications will be submitted online, with the deadline next month 1. Applicants who pass document screening will go through stages including a test, a first interview and a second interview. Final successful candidates are expected to join CJ Group in July and receive entry-level training.
Olive Young will expand and revamp its recruitment briefing sessions to increase touchpoints with applicants and improve understanding of job roles in this entry-level recruitment. It expanded the scale and frequency of online and offline sessions to broaden participation opportunities. It will also run sessions divided into MD and product marketing, and backend and PM, so applicants can hear detailed explanations of roles and vivid stories from incumbents. The MD session will include booths where applicants can experience the role indirectly.
An Olive Young official said, "We prepared applicant-centered recruitment briefing sessions so applicants can examine their capabilities and suitability based on their understanding of roles." The official added, "We hope many talented people who will lead the future of global K-beauty and wellness will apply."
