Binggrae said on Wednesday it took part in the "2026 Moscow International Food Exhibition in Russia (Prodexpo; PRODEXPO)." The company plans to use its participation in this year's Prodexpo as a starting point to pursue new exports of its Banana Flavoured Milk and speed up its push into the Russian market.
Binggrae operated a promotional booth at the 2026 Prodexpo, held in Moscow from Feb. 9 to 12 local time. It promoted its major products to visitors and built global business partnerships.
Prodexpo is the largest international food and beverage exhibition held annually in Russia and Eastern Europe. This year's event drew about 2,000 companies from more than 30 countries worldwide.
Binggrae is expanding sales of its frozen products, starting in Russia's Far East. It is selling Melona, Bungeoppang Samanco and Ppongta through Magnit's Samberi and X5 Group's Pyaterochka and Remi, among others, in the Far East region.
Binggrae plans to step up its push into the Russian market. It aims to expand distribution channels in Russia for its products, led by its flagship Melona. It also plans to pursue new exports of Banana Flavoured Milk and focus on selling the product in Russia.
A Binggrae official said, "Taking this participation in Prodexpo as an opportunity, we will work to introduce Binggrae's major products to Russian consumers and enter the Russian market."
