Apple is developing 3 new products aimed at the wearable AI market, TechCrunch reported on Feb. 17, citing The Information and Bloomberg News.

According to The Information, Apple is developing an AI pin that includes a camera in the form of an AirTag-sized pendant that can be attached to a user’s clothing.

Bloomberg News also reported that Apple is developing AI smart glasses and AI AirPods.

The AI smart glasses, codenamed N50, target a 2027 release. Apple is competing with Meta and Snap in AI wearables, and the N50 smart glasses are expected to offer stronger AI features than existing products with a high-resolution camera. Production is expected to start in December.

Apple is also developing AirPods with enhanced AI functions. All 3 wearable AI devices are set to work with the iPhone, with Siri expected to play a key role. Bloomberg reported: "The AI smart glasses will be a more premium and more capable product than the AirPods and the AI pin."
