JobKorea and Albamon, operated by AI and data-based HR tech platform Worksphere, won the TV category at the consumer-selected good advertising awards for their 'RESPECT all work in the world' campaign.

The consumer-selected good advertising awards, now in their 34th year, are backed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and jointly hosted by the Korea Advertisers Association and the Korea Consumer Organizations Council.

Judging took place in three stages: an assessment of artistic merit through preliminary screening by advertising experts, verification of public appeal through a voting panel made up of consumer groups and citizen representatives, and an overall review by a final advisory committee. The ceremony will be held on March 19 at the Korea Advertising Culture Hall in Seoul's Jung-gu district.

The award-winning campaign highlighted the effort and value of everyone working in their place, including office workers and part-time employees, and delivered a message of respect. The advertisement alternated between children and adults, and captured in a nuanced way the 모습 of all 'adult-children' who may feel clumsy and immature inside but still do their best to act like adults.

Yeo-reum Kim (김여름), head of the Beyond Branding Team at JobKorea and Albamon, said the award was more meaningful because the campaign's message of supporting and respecting all working people was conveyed sincerely to consumers. She said the companies would continue to highlight the value of work and build empathy, while also presenting a new paradigm for 'work' experiences beyond platform boundaries in line with a new mission.
