Namu Technology said on Sunday it has been selected as a supplier for the Ministry of Science and ICT and National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA)-led 2026 AI Voucher Support Project.
In the project, Namu Technology will supply AI transformation (AX) solutions to demand-side companies in manufacturing, bio, finance and the public sector. It plans to focus on industrial environments where security, data sovereignty and real-time processing are important, citing fully on-premises deployment and edge AI technology.
Its main solutions are two products: Namu AI Agent (NAA) and Namu Edge AI (NEA).
NAA is an LLM-based AI agent platform. It automatically handles complex tasks such as document organisation, data analysis and decision support. It includes retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-agent functions, and links to legacy systems through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). All processing takes place inside the customer data centre, making it suitable for environments handling sensitive information such as finance, bio and the public sector.
NEA is an edge AI platform for production sites. It uses NPU and GPU accelerators to analyse equipment and sensor data in real time and detect anomalies in advance. It protects data through local storage even when networks are disconnected, and supports central management and automatic updates.
Namu Technology plans to expand sector-specific AX models, including predictive maintenance and quality management for manufacturing sites, bio research data analysis and automation, financial risk assessment and decision-making improvement, and automation of public administration and civil complaint services.
A Namu Technology official said the selection officially recognises its capabilities in implementing agent-based AI and sovereign AI. The official said the company will support customers so they can introduce a high-performance AI platform without worries about data leaks and achieve tangible business innovation.
