Com2uS Holdings said on Tuesday it has soft-launched its mobile puzzle game 'PawPop Match' in the United States and Indonesia.
'PawPop Match' has been playable in the United States and Indonesia since the previous day and supports English and Indonesian. The company is checking user response and content competitiveness, focusing on the North American market, where puzzle games have traditionally been popular, and markets in Southeast Asia.
'PawPop Match' is a match-3 puzzle game developed by Pentapeak Studio under 2Bytes. It aims to differentiate itself from existing puzzle games by combining village decoration with various mini-games and event content. The game unfolds around a story in which a circus magic troupe travels through an animal village and creates changes in the village. As players progress through stages, new animals appear, the space expands naturally and the village is completed, a structure designed to increase immersion.
Another feature is a focus on optimization so global users can play smoothly even on mobile devices with a range of specifications.
The company said, "We will continue to share game-related news through official social media channels such as Facebook and Discord and plan to strengthen communication with users." It added, "This game is aiming for a global launch in the first half of this year."
