Jeong Cheol-ho, CEO of Com2uS Holdings, said he aims to make 2026 a year in which the company proves its preparations so far through tangible outcomes.

In a New Year address on Thursday, Jeong said 2026 would be a year when the groundwork laid so far takes a more concrete shape. "We want to move beyond the stage of exploring possibilities and prove ourselves through results, one by one," he said.

Looking back on last year, he said the environment was not easy. Jeong said slower growth in the global game market and uncertainty in the content industry continued, and that the company’s Web3 business also required taking a longer view to check its potential.

Even so, he said the company delivered meaningful achievements, including the long-running popularity of "Soul Strike". He also stressed that in Web3 it has expanded global partnerships in line with new currents such as artificial intelligence and real-world assets (RWA).

He cited "stronger execution" and "creating tangible results" as this year’s core management directions. The strategy is to respond quickly to the voices of the market and users and build a sustainable growth system.

He also underscored the importance of organizational culture to support those efforts. "At the center of all these processes are people and culture," Jeong said, encouraging employees by saying the company can grow another step when trust, candid discussion and respect for new attempts allow individual 고민 and execution to accumulate.

"We have built a foundation that does not waver even through repeated changes," he said. "With employees’ bold challenges and efforts added, it will be a New Year in which we make another leap," he said.
