ITCEN Infou, a data and AI specialist, said on Tuesday it is starting full operation of an integrated Data-AI execution framework to resolve cost and data fragmentation problems that companies face during the process of adopting artificial intelligence.

The company said it plans to eliminate technical bottlenecks customers face when introducing AI models and support digital transformation.

ITCEN Infou said it will focus its capabilities on an end-to-end integrated process that links the building of a data warehouse (DW) that gathers and manages data in one place, AI analytics and BI visualisation tools that show analysis results at a glance.

The company said it will concentrate on reorganising fragmented corporate data into an optimal structure that AI can learn from immediately, based on engineering capabilities built on the global data platform Databricks.

Through the strengthened framework, it plans to immediately apply verified methodologies to its in-house AI analytics solution and officially introduce a next-generation integrated platform combining data and AI in the first half of the year.

Lee Jong-bok (이종복), CEO of ITCEN Infou, said, "The success or failure of AI projects lies not in the technology itself but in the quality and connectivity of data." He added, "The key to operating this integrated framework is to narrow the gap between data and AI and create tangible return on investment (ROI) that customers can feel."
