SK Broadband said on March 9 it has completed building the 'B tv On Ad' digital signage service at 814 Bluehands outlets nationwide, Hyundai Motor's official vehicle maintenance network.

SK Broadband also signed a three-party business agreement on March 4 with the Hyundai Franchise Store Cooperative Federation, made up of Bluehands representatives, and digital advertising company In Cross.

'B tv On Ad' combines IPTV B tv with digital signage. It provides visiting customers with on-screen information such as vehicle maintenance status and order, and vehicle care knowledge. It also supports shop owners with notices, event guidance and content scheduling and management functions. SK Broadband will also provide Bluehands with a 'CRM solution' to manage wired phone call history and 'AI Biz Recording' to convert and summarise call content into text.

In Cross will handle advertising operations. It plans to link its Darwin video advertising platform with B tv On Ad to provide locally tailored advertising.

Hong Do-hee (홍도희), head of corporate customers at SK Broadband, said, "We will continue to introduce various innovative services to support partners' successful digital transformation."
