LG Hellovision said in a filing on Wednesday that it posted 2025 revenue of 1.27 trillion won and operating profit of 18.7 billion won. Fourth-quarter revenue was 299.5 billion won and it recorded an operating loss of 7.9 billion won.

Full-year revenue rose 69.3 billion won, or 5.8 percent, from a year earlier. Rental and education businesses led revenue growth, and operating profit increased 5.2 billion won, or 39.0 percent, from a year earlier. The company booked one-off costs such as voluntary retirement in the fourth quarter, but full-year profitability improved as companywide cost efficiencies and lower depreciation eased fixed-cost pressure.

Fourth-quarter revenue fell 22.8 billion won, or 7.1 percent, from a year earlier due to lower sales of devices to education offices. It recorded an operating loss as one-off costs such as labour expenses linked to voluntary retirement were reflected. Revenue by business segment was 123.2 billion won for broadcasting, 33.9 billion won for telecommunications, 38.1 billion won for MVNO, 58.6 billion won for region-based businesses including media and B2B, and 45.3 billion won for rentals.

LG Hellovision said it focused on strengthening its subscriber base, including improving the competitiveness and profitability of its broadcasting products and expanding subscribers through reasonable MVNO pricing plans. The rental business continued to grow on expanded partnerships and seasonal demand for home appliances. In its media business, its official YouTube channel Hello Life surpassed 1 million subscribers, winning a Gold Button as the first paid-TV platform to do so.

Kim Young-jun (김영준), an executive director at LG Hellovision, said, "2025 was a year focused on management efficiency and building a foundation for sustainable growth." He added, "This year, we will focus on strengthening sound management and restoring the competitiveness of our core business."
