[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] AI services and solutions company Bespin Global said its U.S. unit, Bespin Global US, has begun a full-scale push to expand its artificial intelligence business in the North American market in 2026.
Bespin Global US recently held a strategy workshop attended by key executives and staff to finalise its 2026 business strategy and strengthen cohesion within the organisation.
At the workshop, Bespin Global US presented “execution and innovation” as key words and shared 3 focus tasks to lead 2026. The main tasks discussed were accelerating adoption of enterprise-grade Generative AI, strengthening localisation strategy for its AI-based cloud management platform OpsNow in the North American market, and advancing an AI MSP (Managed Service Provider) model optimised for North American customer environments.
The workshop also held an AI Hackathon on changes AI will bring to Bespin Global US’s internal operations and work practices. Bespin Global US also shared a product-led growth strategy. It presented a business strategy built around Zero Cost MSP, SecureAid and AccelVeo, and set security and manufacturing AI as key growth areas in the North American market. It plans to sustain growth through a product-based model with scalability and reproducibility.
Bespin Global US plans to focus on applying AI that delivers tangible results, centring on North American manufacturers, by identifying AI use cases that directly improve safety, quality and operational efficiency at manufacturing sites as key opportunities.
Sunny Kim (김써니), Bespin Global’s chief executive who directly oversees the U.S. unit, said, “This strategy workshop was an opportunity to share a clear direction toward 2026 and strengthen the organisation’s will to grow together with customers amid the huge flow of change called AI.” She added, “We will combine Bespin Global’s differentiated cloud expertise and AI technology capabilities to leap into the most trusted AI strategy partner in the North American market.”
