LG HelloVision will premiere its new original content, "Smile Blooms", on The Life at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 27.

"Smile Blooms" is a program that chronicles the journey of middle-aged mothers to restore dental health and recover self-esteem. It highlights the lives of mothers who could not take care of themselves while devoting themselves to their families, and delivers differentiated value such as messages of filial piety, healing and emotion.

The program runs in a submission format in which families apply directly with their mother's story. When families send in their mother's story, the cast visits the mother in person and provides solutions. Mothers selected as story subjects will receive personalised dental treatment, including implants, based on diagnoses by specialists. Applications can be submitted by email. Trot singer Jang Min-ho (장민호), chef Jo Seo-hyung (조서형) and dental specialist Jang Hyuk-jin (장혁진) will serve as hosts. The program also shows mothers who regain confidence through treatment and empathy taking on activities they have wanted to try but could not.

Bang Woo-tae (방우태), a producer at LG HelloVision, said, "I wanted to capture mothers who lost their smiles after a lifetime of hardship regaining the bright smiles of their youth." He added, "I hope viewers can also empathise together and feel comforted through this program."
