Fintech startup Cross ENF said on Thursday it has opened an official recruitment website as a first step to raise talent density.
The launch was carried out to secure top talent across fields in an increasingly competitive hiring market. The company plans to expand and upgrade its business model and accelerate that pace so it can deliver greater value across the daily lives of foreign residents in South Korea, based on timely talent acquisition in the fast-changing fintech industry environment.
On the website, it consolidated job postings that had been published across multiple recruitment platforms by job group and role, improving hiring efficiency. It also includes a range of content to help applicants understand the company and its organisational culture, going beyond simple job listings, improving access to and convenience of company information from the applicant’s perspective.
Its "Join the Journey" and "Talent Acquisition" menus provide detailed guidance for each stage of the hiring process and explain frequently asked questions in an FAQ format so prospective members of Cross ENF can apply based on more accurate information.
Cross ENF CEO Won-hee Shin (신원희) said securing talent with outstanding capabilities will be the most important factor in gaining an edge in fierce competition and accelerating growth. Shin said the company will spare no effort to create a work environment where employees can experience sufficient opportunities for development and success.
