Part-time job platform Albamon said on Sunday it has opened an “Immediate Start Recruitment” section that connects job seekers who want to start work quickly with business owners and employers.

The section links job seekers who need work they can start quickly with employers urgently seeking staff. If a job seeker sets a preferred work area, they can view postings within a radius of up to 10 km by conditions including same-day pay, one-day work, preference for beginners and indoor work. The postings shown are those where employers have indicated an intention to “hire immediately,” enabling quick applications.

Albamon has introduced an “Immediate Start” label for job seekers who can begin work right away to promote themselves, and an “Immediate Hire” label for business owners who want fast recruitment, it said.

Albamon said job seekers with Immediate Start set to ON showed significantly higher proactiveness than those with it set to OFF.

“Albamon has introduced the ‘Immediate Start’ label for job seekers and the ‘Immediate Hire’ label for employers to build a trust-based part-time employment environment,” Moon Myung-jun, PO at JobKorea’s Albamon business unit, said. “Based on the proactive job seeker pool we have built, we plan to open the ‘Immediate Start Recruitment’ section and support more efficient job matching.”
