Dunamu, the operator of the Upbit cryptocurrency exchange, said on Jan. 16 it has signed an official partner sponsorship agreement with the Korea Sports & Olympic Committee.

Ahead of next month’s Milan-Cortina d’Ampezzo Winter Olympics, Upbit plans to produce a cheering video for the national team. It will also explore cooperation measures such as support for developing youth athletes and expanding the base of sports participation.

Oh Kyung-seok, chief executive of Dunamu, said, "Upbit’s journey to challenge itself and move out into the world touches on the national team athletes’ relentless challenges," and added, "We will join the team in its challenges and deliver positive energy and trust to the public."
