CJ OliveNetworks is expanding its marketing technology, or martech, solutions and consulting business into the financial sector.

CJ OliveNetworks said on Jan. 15 it will provide the digital marketing solution Amplitude to Kiwoom Securities’ mobile trading system (MTS), YeongungmunS#, offering data-based customer analysis services.

As an official reselling partner for the customer behavior data analysis solution Amplitude, CJ OliveNetworks provides support for introducing the solution and martech consulting.

Kiwoom Securities introduced Amplitude to YeongungmunS# to better track customer service usage flows. CJ OliveNetworks built an environment to analyze YeongungmunS# app usage data using Amplitude.

Kiwoom Securities can now comprehensively analyze data including which functions customers focus on using in the app, the user journey for service use, and how specific services affect revisits and time spent in the app.

Nam Seung-woo, head of CJ OliveNetworks’ AX Solution Business Unit, said: "Kiwoom Securities’ adoption of a martech solution shows that even financial services can review overall services based on data and improve both customer experience and service completeness." He added: "Based on official partnerships with global martech solutions and implementation experience, CJ OliveNetworks plans to continue expanding its martech business across various industries, including the financial sector."
