AI-based HR company Phenom will acquire talent analytics platform Included, SiliconANGLE reported on Tuesday.
Included provides a platform that integrates HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, and performance and engagement tools to analyze talent data in real time. It supports companies' strategic decision-making by predicting hiring bottlenecks, attrition risk, productivity trends and equity gaps. The company said users can gain insights with simple queries through natural language-based storytelling and automation functions.
With the acquisition, Phenom plans to strengthen its AI-powered HR analytics capabilities and provide more sophisticated solutions for talent acquisition and retention.
Phenom co-founder and CEO Mahe Bayireddi said, "Talent analytics and workforce planning insights are no longer optional but essential," adding, "Through this acquisition, we will further expand tailored AI capabilities for each organization."
