Energy management and automation company Schneider Electric said on Thursday it has unveiled power solutions including Prefabricated Power Modules and Power Skids.

The company said the new products are based on the latest reference jointly developed with Nvidia and are designed to support building the power infrastructure needed for AI data centres in as little as 6 months.

The reference design for the GB300 NVL72, jointly developed by Schneider Electric and Nvidia, supports up to 142 kW of power density per rack and includes integrated power management and liquid-cooling control. It is designed by integrating power and cooling infrastructure to respond to environments where computing resources are concentrated in limited space.

It is intended to help quickly secure the power capacity needed for high-performance computing, AI training clusters and GPU-intensive workloads.

Schneider Electric said, "The speed of AI data centre expansion depends on how quickly and reliably power infrastructure can be secured." It added, "Through these Prefabricated Power Modules and Power Skids based on a reference design jointly developed with Nvidia, we will support customers in quickly securing the power capacity needed for high-density AI environments and flexibly scaling in line with changes in demand."

The products will be supplied after being designed, manufactured and tested at a production facility in the Barcelona area of Spain, Sant Boi de Llobregat. Schneider Electric plans to supply the new products in North America during 2026 following the launch in Europe, and then expand supply regions to global markets including Asia-Pacific.
