Com2uS Platform said its CEO Seok-won Choi (최석원) will take part as a speaker and panelist at the Global Game Developer Conference (GGDC) 2026, to be held on Oct. 22-23 at the National Asia Culture Center in Gwangju.
On the first day, Choi will present in the AI track on "Game development using AI agents, and what to do afterwards." He plans to address service operations and the challenges of global expansion needed after AI speeds up game development.
In the process, he will introduce the AI-focused game backend platform Hive Axil, launched by Com2uS Platform last month, as a way to streamline operations.
Hive Axil is a service that combines AI with the Hive v4 game backend platform. It generates backend integration code needed for game operations, including authentication, payments, push notifications, mail, coupons and analytics, when requested in natural language.
Com2uS Platform plans to support developers so they can reduce separate, complex backend work and focus on developing game content. Hive v4 has secured more than 980 million cumulative global users.
Choi will also take part the same day in a panel discussion on combining the K-game ecosystem with AI technology. Seok-won Choi, CEO of Com2uS Platform, said: "As AI is driving change in game development, we will ensure Hive Axil can play a role in reducing the burden of global service and operations after development."
