Sspintechnology registers Azure MSP with digital service support system

Cloud and AI platform company Sspintechnology said on Oct. 20 its Azure MSP (cloud support service), which supports building, migrating and operating Microsoft Azure cloud, was registered with the Ministry of Science and ICT’s digital service support system.

The company stressed that this is the first time an Azure-based cloud support service has been registered with the digital service support system.

With the registration, public institutions can now procure not only Azure but also specialised services to build and operate it on the same platform through separate private contracts.

Sspintechnology supports customers from preparation for cloud adoption through build, migration and operations. In the operations phase, it handles incident response and cost optimisation. Depending on the contract scope, it also provides 24-hour monitoring and monthly operations reports. This reduces the burden on institutions to secure all specialised personnel needed for cloud operations directly and allows them to focus on decision-making on work and data, and on management and oversight.

Sseung-geun Lee (이승근), CEO of Sspintechnology, said, "For public institutions’ cloud transition to lead to tangible results, it is important to establish a stable operating system after adoption. We will use this registration as an opportunity to support customers so they can efficiently 추진 from adopting Azure through transition and operations."
