Lionheart Studio said on the 20th it has formed a disabled sports team and hired three bowlers from the Chungcheongbuk-do Disabled Bowling Association.

The team consists of athletes Han-dong Kim (김한동), Jung-hyun Lee (이정현) and Kyung-won Shin (신경원). Lionheart Studio will provide salaries and welfare benefits so the athletes can focus on training and competitions.

Benefits include health checkups, Lunar New Year and Chuseok holiday gifts, birthday gifts and leave, group accident insurance, and support for family events.

Lionheart Studio also held a launch ceremony on the 19th to mark the start of the team. The event was attended by Chairman Jae-young Kim (김재영), Vice President Han-soon Lee (이한순), as well as the athletes and their guardians.

The formation of the team is part of activities aimed at expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The company has continued hiring people with disabilities, including hiring a health keeper who is a visually impaired massage therapist and signing an employment linkage contract with Bear Better, a standard workplace for people with disabilities.

Chairman Kim said, "We will provide support so the athletes can demonstrate their capabilities in a stable environment." He added, "We will continue to provide diverse employment opportunities and carry on activities for social responsibility."
