Energy IT platform company Enlighten said on Sunday it will take part in the 2026 Korea ESG Green Expo and showcase tailored solutions to support companies in implementing RE100.

Enlighten plans to present ways to meet company-by-company energy needs, from renewable energy procurement and electricity demand management to integrated operation of distributed energy resources. They include RE100 transactions using power purchase agreements (PPA) and renewable energy certificates (REC), solar subscriptions and installations, demand response (DR) that adjusts electricity usage, and virtual power plants (VPP) that bundle scattered generation resources and operate them like a single power plant.

On the first day of the event, a presentation session will be held under the theme of energy savings and efficiency and corporate renewable energy procurement solutions. An Enlighten official in charge of PPA will speak and explain its PPA and DR businesses. The company will also introduce its energy IT platform, Baljeonwang, at the session. It said it will also share ways for companies to cut energy costs and procure renewable energy.

During the event, one-on-one RE100 consulting will be offered at Enlighten's booth for corporate customers. Companies seeking advice on renewable energy adoption and procurement methods and energy cost management can apply in advance for free on Enlighten's website.

Enlighten provides an integrated energy solution covering power plant construction and operation and power trading through Baljeonwang. It is also working to integrate distributed resources across the country into a VPP, like Octopus Energy's Kraken. The company said it is preparing for a listing and recently received an A grade in a preliminary technology assessment.
