Line Games said on Thursday it will begin early access for the PC version of its self-developed new title 'Ember and Blade' on Jan. 8 next year.
Early access will be offered via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Line Games has reflected user feedback by releasing several demos since it first unveiled the game in 2024.
It recently released 'Demo 2.0', which redesigned the combat structure. In the later stages of development, the company is focusing on improving the completeness of combat and content.
'Ember and Blade' is a premium survivor-like game centered on combat against enemies that swarm in quickly. Its main features include color-emphasized graphics and action.
The company has also continued exposure at global events and on platforms. It participated in 'Steam Next Fest' in the second half of last year, ranking in major genre categories such as hack-and-slash and action RPG, and in October the same year it took first place in the TOP Demo rankings alongside its launch on the Epic Games Store.
It was also named among the Epic Games Store's anticipated titles for 2026.
Line Games plans to expand service to console platforms such as PlayStation and Xbox in addition to PC.
Ahead of early access, it plans to continue engaging users by participating in global gaming events such as 'Galaxies Autumn Showcase 2026' and 'The MIX Fall Showcase 2026'.
A Line Games official said, "We plan to focus on maximizing the title's completeness until early access for the PC version of Ember and Blade."
