AI, cloud and security company MegazoneCloud said on Tuesday it signed a business agreement with e-tax invoice service company Businesson Communication to expand the market for integrated business solutions based on SAP Cloud ERP.

The companies plan to combine MegazoneCloud's implementation and operations capabilities with Businesson Communication's solutions to expand new markets based on SAP public cloud.

Ahead of the agreement, the companies also jointly developed a standard package centred on SAP Cloud ERP. It integrates key business-operation solutions into one, including groupware and e-approvals, e-accounting, value-added tax filing, e-tax invoices and firm banking.

The companies expect strong demand from growth companies that need scalable IT foundations. They plan to pursue active marketing.

They plan to support the full process for companies adopting the package, including system stabilisation and operations. They also plan to support future expansion that can link cloud and AI services based on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

Yeom Dong-hoon (염동훈), CEO of MegazoneCloud, said the partnership aims to address difficulties for small and mid-sized companies that have hesitated to adopt SAP Cloud ERP due to complex integration processes, high upfront costs and long implementation periods. He said the companies will expand the market by reducing burdens and supporting rapid digital transformation through a package service that bundles essential financial accounting solutions into one.
