Hanwha Investment & Securities said on Tuesday it will roll out companywide training to develop digital talent.
Starting with this program, it plans to foster professional talent to lead the convergence of digital assets and traditional finance to realise its vision of becoming a “Global No.1 RWA (Real-World Asset) Hub”.
A “Leader Digital Insight” course for executives and department heads will run in four offline sessions from Jan. 14 to Feb. 5.
The course will cover designing digital asset business models, new growth strategies based on Web 3.0, and reshaping how finance organisations work in the AI era. It aims to help leaders establish practical digital business strategies.
A companywide “Digital Common Course” for all employees will run online for a month from Jan. 12 to Feb. 11.
The course includes understanding digital strategy, generative AI basics and prompt engineering, and practical training to improve work productivity using AI. It focuses on strengthening digital execution across the organisation.
Kim Dohyung, head of the Innovation Support Office at Hanwha Investment & Securities, said, “Digital assets and AI technology are key factors that determine competitiveness in the financial market.” He added, “This training will be an opportunity to lay the groundwork for Hanwha Investment & Securities to leap to a ‘Global No.1 RWA Hub’.”
