ITCEN Entech said on Oct. 12 it received a “2026 Discharged Soldier Employment Excellent Company” certification from the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs.
ITCEN Entech has carried out defence-sector information technology projects since the 1980s. It said it has supported hiring discharged soldiers, seeing their experience and know-how gained during military service as linked to the company’s competitiveness. It said it has helped them grow with the company based on expertise developed in the military.
The company said it plans to use the certification to steadily secure specialised defence-sector talent and raise corporate credibility. It also plans to provide discharged soldiers with a foundation for career development and growth based on military service experience.
Seul-gi Park (박슬기), a manager in ITCEN Entech’s human resources team, said, “We will continue to expand employment and growth support so discharged soldiers can turn the expertise built in the military into a new career at ITCEN Entech.”
