KTcs said on Monday it was selected as an outstanding institution in the large-company category of the "2026 Human Resources Development Excellence Certification", in recognition of its talent development results focused on AI transition (AX).

The certification is a system that selects companies that run competency-based personnel management and systematic human resources development. It is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and administered by the Korea Industrial Human Resources Corp. KTcs received the certification again this year after its first certification in 2023.

KTcs operates a human resources development system that combines field expertise with AX. Through its flagship programs, "Copilot Early Bird" and "AX Degree", it fostered talent skilled in using Microsoft 365 Copilot and certified intermediate and advanced AI practical capabilities, training 254 AI personnel. It also runs "AI series training" covering report-writing automation, data analysis and AI agent creation.

According to KTcs, applying work automation such as AI-based proposal writing, data visualisation analysis and contract verification increased productivity of support staff by an average of 30 percent. Proposal writing time was reduced by up to 75 percent and contract verification time by 88 percent. It also expanded AI use in human resource management. It introduced an AI voice bot and chatbot into recruitment, cutting by more than 50 cases a month per staff member the work of responding to inquiries.

It also provides one-on-one psychological counselling and stress management programmes using "Bodmi Center" for counselling staff. Based on this, it obtained the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family's family-friendly certification last year.
