Cybersecurity company Ginians said on Sept. 18 it was selected as an IR excellence company in the KOSDAQ market category at the 2026 Korea IR Awards.
Ginians was selected as an IR excellence company for the second straight year following last year. The company said it was highly rated for strengthening trust with investors through transparent and proactive IR activities despite market volatility, contributing to enhancing corporate value.
Ginians has made fairness a core value aimed at reducing information asymmetry. It set the key IR activity keywords as reliability, proactiveness and professionalism. The company has focused on strengthening trust with the capital market by reflecting investor feedback in IR activities, reinforcing C-level communication and holding tailored briefings by investor target.
It has re-established a growth narrative for next-generation core businesses such as AI and quantum security. It is pursuing shareholder return policies aligned with global standards by announcing a 2026 corporate value enhancement plan and making dividend decisions in advance.
Lee Dong-beom (이동범), CEO of Ginians, said, "Winning the Korea IR Awards excellence company prize for the second straight year is a meaningful result that shows transparent communication and proactive corporate value enhancement plans have been recognised in the capital market." He added, "We will continue to accelerate global market expansion and technological innovation to raise corporate value, and we will keep delivering enhanced shareholder value as a 'small-cap leader' that grows together with the capital market."
