[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Hancom said on Thursday it has unveiled its first TV advertisement for its AI workforce platform Nomadian.

The company said the TV ad features a solo founder who is the owner who trains and grows a personal AI agent. The founder is shown building a company with AI teammates and running the business with a team made up of AI agents.

In the ad, the owner works as a team with 5 types of AI agents. Their roles vary, including work management, marketing and copywriting. Hancom gave each agent a character in line with the “3D AI team” concept.

The working style is similar to typical small companies. When the owner requests work, team members split the tasks. The owner watches the characters to see how team members work and steps in when decisions are needed to check the deliverables.

The owner can direct AI teammates with a single phrase. In Nomadian, one line of natural language is a work request. The movement of team members can be seen at a glance in a 3D workspace. There is also no need to switch among multiple AI services.

Hancom will open a Nomadian beta service in the United States in late December and commercialise it as a subscription service in 2027. The advertisement also targets U.S. users from the start. Hancom explained that the slogan is “AI Workforce, Built for Super Founders (an AI team for solo founders)”, and that it was dubbed in English with Korean subtitles.

Hancom plans to use the advertisement in the U.S. market, starting with domestic broadcasting. Hancom CEO Yeon-su Kim (김연수) said, “Characters, or agents, interact with users and grow into AI teammates like a nurturing and management simulation game.” He added, “The relationship built this way and users’ attachment to the characters will be Nomadian’s differentiated user experience and the reason users will stay on Nomadian.”
