AI infrastructure company VESSL AI said on Wednesday it has signed a supply contract with SK Biopharm for 128 Nvidia B200 GPUs.
VESSL AI will provide SK Biopharm with GPU computing resources equivalent to 16 B200 nodes, totaling 128 GPUs, through its GPU cloud platform VESSL Cloud from August 2026.
VESSL AI said the contract will expand its customer base from AI companies and research institutes to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
The company said VESSL Cloud is a GPU cloud service that helps companies and research institutes flexibly use high-performance GPU resources needed for training and inference of AI models without building separate infrastructure. VESSL AI supports resource use and operations based on a Neocloud model that connects and provides GPUs secured from multiple global data centres according to each customer's workload characteristics.
VESSL AI CEO Jae-man Ahn (안재만) said large-scale computing resources and infrastructure capabilities to operate them stably are essential for new drug research and development and building bio foundation models. He said the company will support SK Biopharm's AI research and AX projects and expand GPU infrastructure supply so that AI use can contribute to R&D processes across various industries, including pharmaceuticals and biotech.
